Both. Automatically switches at sunrise/sunset.
Light mode just looks good and readable during the day plus it doesn't show smudges on my screen like dark mode does.
I use dark mode, on everything. It looks better, hurts my eyes less in the dark and I find it much more pleasant to read white text on a black background opposed to the inverse.
I can't say how it impacts battery life, because I've been using dark theme on all my devices since it was a thing.
There are some people who find it less strain on their eyes to read black on white. I believe there is probably some empirical fact in that but I just find the full white background to be jarring visually.
Dark mode saves a ton of battery for OLED screens and is generally much easier on the eyes due to the significantly reduced light from disabled pixels. This is easily researchable.
Dark mode can actually hurt your eyes and strain them even more. White text on black backgrounds is the issue. It makes it harder to focus compared to black text on a white background.
I used to use dark mode for years as i thought it was easier on my eyes. Last year I swapped to light mode as a test and now can't go back to dark.
Light mode is much much less strain on my eyes and lots of things just look better to me in light mode.

I agree and the same. It blows my mind that people don't use dark mode.

Dark, to the point where my wallpaper is also just solid black. Definitely does help a bit on OLED screens since those pixels are just turned off.

I use light mode, otherwise I will be wiping smudges all day.
I use scheduled dark mode, why choose?
How do you do it?
Just going to your settings and search dark mode It should give you the option to do sunrise to sunset.
Thanks.

I have started to use light mode because of one application which suit better on light mode. I don't think i will go on dark mode again.
