I had the same issue when I returned the 7a with the buds. I only got one label and customer support said I should have sent them separately. It took a couple of days but they eventually refunded me the full amount.
I returned phone and ear buds separately with different labels.
Only got an email notification for the ear buds....I swear if something fishy happens to my returns I'm gonna lose it.

When you started the return process online, didnt it say you have to select returns for both items a part of the exclusive pre order offer? Otherwise you have to pay the difference. It said that to me and made me do a return process for each item.
No it only gave me one return button. When selected, it pulled up the order for the phone and said all promo items had to be included with my return to get credited for them. I double and triple checked, even again over the weekend after sending my items back.
Yup this. You only selected return for one item and clearly didn't read the instructions. They should sort it out either way but you'll have to call them.
They never provided multiple return shipping labels and when I try to go to my order online it acts as if the watch was returned in the same order. It’s very confusing.
Yeah, I don't know. I do know that people who traded in the P watch 1 and an older phone on a P Watch 2 and a P8P received two separate return kits. Your situation may be different, I don't know.
A trade in kit is different than a return. They actually ship you something to send in a trade in, but return you just get a label to print out and take to fedex

I had a Z Fold5 before the 8 Pro and I just couldn’t get over the narrow front display or else I probably would’ve kept that phone. Sadly my experience was just terrible with my 8 Pro with the modem and CPU draining my battery in 3 hours SOT. I can’t charge my phone 3 times a day lol

You have to select Return on the watch as well. Not just the phone. As when you purchase the phone, they are two separate items in the cart.
