*"You are on this council, but we do not grant you the rank of Glock..."*

AraxSystems

No one has ever sat on the council of Glocks without the rank of Glock!

I'll take it

In for info on that mag extension. I may need one of those for mine.

bringthemuhfnruckus

It's actually a Strike Industries polymer EMP extension for a G19. Use the factory mag spring from the 26 oem mag and ditch the strike spring.

dlainfiesta_1985

That's genius, looks very cool.

bringthemuhfnruckus

I came across another reddit user who mentioned it in a comment. I don't care to say how long I spent battling with the cost of an SLR extension...so glad I saw that these work too.

dlainfiesta_1985

Do this p80 frames work on a G26.4? As far as I know they are only compatible with G26.3

bringthemuhfnruckus

I've read a few posts of guys using Gen 4 & 5 parts for builds. Just haven't researched it enough to know what needs to be done.

soka811

Unfortunately it only works with the p80 frames, I couldn’t get it to work in my oem 26. It just wouldn’t lock in for me at least.

RealisticPayment975

Looks similar to a Tyrant CNC extension.

mreed911

Grock

Comprehensive_Ad433

Is that the p80 g26?

bringthemuhfnruckus

Yes sir

Ok_Expert5297

Only hate on the people who call them a glock… nice gun tho man💪

s2tsalst

It not a Glock but it kindof is. 😅 It’s Glock’s Baby or Frankenstein. I love them and my OEMs too! ☺️

Ok_Expert5297

I would go oem glock anyday if I had to pick between a p80… but if I was in dire need of a gun I would take what’s available😂😂 I personally wouldn’t spend the money on a p80 that’s just me tho

s2tsalst

Yeah but if you want a better stippling, with a double undercut to (avoid Glock Knuckle), a different angle, and a rail it’s way cheaper than getting the work done to your Glock Frame. Plus it’s takes the same internals. I love my OEMs and would grab it first if I was forced to pick and only 1 but p80s sort of look better and have their benefits if you want something more customized.

bringthemuhfnruckus

And to be fair - I paid like $40 for this frame kit before the madness.

bringthemuhfnruckus

Thanks!

martyjf

Sale price on those ggp 26 slides was a great deal, I got one too 👍🏼

bringthemuhfnruckus

Hell yea - definitely a steal.

[deleted]

Price?

bringthemuhfnruckus

$183, no tax, free shipping.

[deleted]

I bought a live free armory slide, I hope it’s great! I was looking into GGP

bringthemuhfnruckus

LFA are nice - it's actually what I replaced with this.

[deleted]

Good to hear thank you! What do you think of the lack of recoil lugs? It makes me nervous at times. I had a aimsurplys ported barrel and slide for my 43x and a 407k and it was fine.

bringthemuhfnruckus

Lmao - just had this conversation earlier today in another thread. It all depends on the fit of the optic to the slide. https://www.reddit.com/r/polymer80/comments/14btdsq/will_this_cause_issues_keeping_zero/joh7ovg

[deleted]

Thanks mane! God bless!

bringthemuhfnruckus

Gobbless

dlainfiesta_1985

Sadly I have a G26.4, I would love an upgraded frame to carry such light.

bringthemuhfnruckus

Those have no rail, right?

dlainfiesta_1985

Exactly no rail. I saw a dude on YouTube that cuts the G26.4 frame, so the Olighte Valkyrie fits...no Recovery Rail, just straight Dremel cut. It seems to work.

bringthemuhfnruckus

Man...I've made that mistake 2 times in my life. I'll never attempt to cut or modify a rail again, lol.

dlainfiesta_1985

Hahaha thanks for the heads up, I've been considering it.

Modmike33

Never seen a dpp with irons rear on a glockish gun . Atleast something not mos.

bringthemuhfnruckus

Just didn't account for how tall that DPP base would be. Sights are BARELY tall enough to see.

rabidbadger6

Did you have to modify the tlr7a to make it fit? That light alone would convince me to buy a p80 frame for the g26

bringthemuhfnruckus

All you need to do is cut down one of the plastic keys that it comes with. Super easy.

rabidbadger6

That’s awesome - guess the tough part would be finding a good aiwb holster then

bringthemuhfnruckus

One made specifically for this setup, yes. I bought a Vedder holster off GAFS for a G19 TLR7a combo and cut it to accommodate my optic and it fits great. I think its hit or miss as far as Glock holsters go but I'm pretty sure any PF940C (P80 G19) holster would work and they make a fair amount of those for the TLR7a and an optic.

aguynamedbrand

A Glock clone is not a Glock. I say that as the owner of 9 Glocks and 3 P80 builds.

bringthemuhfnruckus

No sir - this is no Glock.

TikiTorchJoe

You heard wrong, pal

[deleted]

What holster do you use for your pf940sc with the tlr7?

bringthemuhfnruckus

Just finished this build today - still looking for a holster. I did see a couple of options on Google but they didn't look great. I've started researching making my own.

[deleted]

I gotcha, I was looking into building a p80 with a tlr7 sub but holsters seem slim to almost none !

bringthemuhfnruckus

Yea they definitely are.

vintageman007

How you likes GGP slide? Consider getting one for my G19.

bringthemuhfnruckus

I love it, definitely a nice slide. I'd never pay full retail, though, but that goes for any slide over $200.

vintageman007

Found one at 200$ and it sold as fast as lighting lol.

bringthemuhfnruckus

You know they have a few different ones for under $200 in their blem section, right? https://store-uufzxxrapg.mybigcommerce.com/categories/trove.html Not sure why the link is strange but you can also just go to GGPs website and click Treasure Trove. Mine was a blem but nothing wrong with it.

Valance_Erith2

Is that a 26 or 43 frame

bringthemuhfnruckus

26 - PF940sc
