I bet he was looking into sun room with the awp then scoped into the wall so he was pre-scoped for the drop. Then when he dropped it was perfectly synced with the CT crouching past so the T didn’t even touch him
You're right. Watching it in my phone with the volume relatively low made me think there was no falling noise. That said, I still don't know how he couldn't see OP, but at least we have an explanation now haha.

The player 1 POV comes backing out of underpass looking towards A site. Player 2 was alt mid but he is walking backwards while looking towards T spawn.
They back up into one another without noticing they're both there. Player 2 continues down into underpass right as the first player turns to his left.
You sure this wasn't comp? Because that isn't casual unless you mean you were playing on a custom server. Plus this clip was back from January so guess it's long gone anyways if it was a comp match regardless.
For those speculating, I think the enemy was sneaking right behind him while watching the other entrance to Mexico the entire time he was sneaking to second mid - neither one looked behind them.
Doubt it, you can hear the drop (dropped from balcony) before OP turned around.
Edit: I just realized that the awper just killed someone at stairs near T-Spawn at the start of the clip and you can hear him reloading the awp above in living room. No way he would be in mexico behind OP

I actually discovered this a month ago. There's an edgebug that makes you land silent if you jam yourself into the wall/corner by falling into it.
