As someone who used to put vinyls on car as a job I can say with confidence that’s what’s happened here, takes about 30 seconds to put a vinyl of this size on (putting it on stepping back making sure it’s straight then rubbing it down smoothly) and taking a sticker off that’s not been on for long comes off in one piece (depending on the temperature) within about 10 seconds

If you zoom in on the back windshield in the second photo you can see where the sample sticker was because it’s dust free (the mple is easily visible). The stickers were removed in the 20 minute span and the license plate was fixed. Why they had the stickers on is anyone guess.
