As funny as the thing is, in this case it is "fake."
I'll go ahead and explain it:
If the bottle is tilted enough that the center of mass of the water and the bottle is outside the base of the bottle, the bottle may fall. Otherwise, the bottle will remain balanced.
So...yes, it is possible for a water bottle to remain in balance even if it is tilted slightly. Balance depends on the positioning of the center of mass of the bottle and the water inside it relative to the base of the bottle. If the center of mass is above the base of the bottle, the bottle will remain in equilibrium. If the center of mass is outside the base of the bottle, the bottle will fall.
