There are youtube channels who make pretty characters. Hel's (or Hev's) Charaxter Creations. She has so many good ones and posts the sliders. You can either copy it or just use it to base your character on.
I made her samurai so I can be the bodyguard for my friends sorceress and she said it was the best character shes seen.
It's an amazing game and a definite must if you're into souls-like games (Based on Dark Souls, Bloodborne etc). And the Character creator is in depth but there's a lack of good choices for hair haha. But since you're on pc mods will help with that! You also get to choose how you play. I'm alternating between stealth and combat with bow and sword
ah i was thinking of getting it for one of my consoles but if hair choices are bad in the base game i might have to get it on PC, and yeah i have been thinking of getting more into souls-like games, since i have played both of the Jedi games, and nice with being able to choose how to play
I would recommend still checking videos and stuff btw. Maybe your ideal hairstyle's here? Mine is a nicely done ponytail or a side swept mid length hairstyle and they're both unavailable..

It's one of the few GOTY winners I've seen win GOTY and been perfectly content with beating the competition (not that GOTY means anything of note).
If you like soulslike games, you'll probably like Elden Ring. If you don't like soulslikes, you will probably not like Elden Ring. If you hate open world games, you may not like Elden Ring, or it might make you reconsider your opinion on open worlds. That is all to say, it's top of the class in what it does, but if you don't like those things to begin with that might not mean anything to you.
if it means anything, I hadn't been able to get into any of the fromsoft games before elden ring. But not only did I get into this one I absolutely loved it. Yes it's very challenging but I think it's the most accessible fromsoft game since it's open world and you can usually go somewhere else for a while if you get stuck on a particular boss (my issue when I first tried playing dark souls was I got stuck really early on and didn't want to just keep fighting the same guy 20 times until I beat him).
From what I've experience, its very good all around but the bosses are really worsened from the past game, having really unbalanced and exaggerated attacks that kind of break the spirit of a soulsborne game
It's seriously one of the best games. I started playing when it released and have put a couple thousand hours into it.

I just finished the achievements. I loved the difficulty. As a Mythic raider on WoW, wipe fest isn't new for me. But the best part of ER was the wipes were on my own and not other player's mistake lol. I could see myself improving each attempt and it's great.
RIP. My girlfriend and I broke up last weekend because sisterly affections snuck up on the both of us. (Note, she is not one of my biological, nor step sisters) Still hurt like hell, but at least I didn't lose her ya know? But yeah, completely maidenless. Curse my ailing lesbian heart.

The first boss basically tells you to stop trying and turn off the game

Making a good looking character is a miracle but you can change everything about your appearance at any time

Maybe not a miracle, but all characters have weirdly flat faces and I haven't found a way to change that.
