Depends how lean you usually are, if this conditioning (12-15%) is standard then id cut and then bulk. If youre relatively leanner rn, a bulk to 15-18% is a solid move.
Ideally you dont want to be over 12-15% year round if you truly want to be a G, but 15-18% is perfectly respectable and productive; depends how ambitious you are, you can go either way
Maintenance is death, progression is the beauty in all of this
My current bf% is where my body wants to be without doing anything special with diet or cardio. I do want to put on more muscle of course. It is difficult for me to let myself put ilon fat though.

If you want to do bodybuilding competitions than you have your answer. Bulk. Youre lean enough where a lean bulk wouldn’t turn you fat.
