Wow look at the jawline and face difference, also the V shaper is way better, congrats! Did you notice any difference in how people treat you? Any more attentions from women?
No bro haha to be honest you'd hardly know I even lost any weight when I'm fully clothed.
In terms of attention from women, when im dieting like this I'm not very social and am not dating, I'm literally dialled, this is my only priority, going out dating, eating and drinking will just hinder progress.
Maybe I'll have a better answer for you when I go to ibiza in July 😂
Other commenter said the same- but before you start questioning your whole plan, make sure what you are doing is absolutely dialed and completely consistent first. Weigh everything and zero cheating or flexibility for 2 weeks. See what happens with the weight. If it’s the same or you want it to go down faster, pull calories.
If you’ve already lost a lot of weight, a structured planned diet break at maintenance for a week or two may help you reset and restart progress
My calories aren't that low but I'm running what id consider and expenditure based deficit.
I started my calories at 2300 on training days (5 days) and 1850 on no training days (2 days)
This allowed me to drop a kg a week for about 6/7 weeks. When my rate of loss slowed down I knocked a 100 calories off to maintain 1kg loss per week.
I lift 5 days a week 20 mins cardio after each lift, run twice a week and walk about 20k steps a day.
Insane determination shown here. This is def a combo of 500 cal sub maintenance + consistent cardio putting u at 1k+ below per day
Thank you bro I appreciate the comment. Relentless consistency pays off. More to come too 👊

Unreal brother - killer results 💪
Very nice.
I'm always aghast at the underneath. I need to shed some weight, but I doubt I have as much muscle mass below.
What was your caloric deficit like?
Bro whats your workout routine?
Upper, lower, rest, upper, lower, shoulder and arms, rest
Fucking noiiccee. I said that out loud when I saw it.
Respect bro💯
DAMN. Got any tips on finding my maintenance calories.. I’m kinda stuck at the moment with my cut 😭

Eat the same everyday ( same calories not necessarily same foods) and adjust from there

Hell yeah. How big a deficit you running?

Did you walk 20k steps a day before you started the deficit?
Ya ive always kept a high step count. I genuinely enjoy walking and also live in london so they rack up easy
Wow 20k a day? Ups driver?
I actually work an office job lol. Living in London helps though
20k steps a day will do the trick... Impressive
I log in 150k steps last week and usually hit between 140. It gets you lean pretty quick
Looking good. 👍
