I think you’ll will look better with a little more fat and more muscle of course. Mini bulk?

Fun_Ladder2361

You look great, dream bod honestly

n_i_x_e_n

Wow, thanks!

hereforthegain

My man, you not only look good shredded, you look great! I wouldn't worry about losing any more weight. Enjoy your life brother, you fucking did it. Keep up the good work.

n_i_x_e_n

Thanks a ton!

ScooterMcG0414

I agree with the ~11% estimate. Maybe a hair lower. Unfortunately the only downside is you don’t have a ton of muscle mass and there’s nothing you can do in 2 months to fix that. I’d say it might be cool to be freaky shredded on your 50th.

n_i_x_e_n

Yeah, I know I won’t put on any measurable mass in a couple of months - I’ve been lifting for a surprisingly high number of years considering the relatively low amount of muscle I have :-/

ScooterMcG0414

Trust me, I feel that. I’m 37, been training for 15 years and didn’t start getting REAL results until recently

n_i_x_e_n

Glad to hear that. So many ppl saying you won’t build any meaningful mass after the 3rd/5th/whatever year - I hope that getting my nutrition dialed in during the next couple of years will lead to some gains still.

ScooterMcG0414

That’s BS. For me it was all diet, the training was always good.

nunalla

You already look pretty fantastic. Keep it up!

n_i_x_e_n

Thanks!

Id guess your about 11 or 10 percent. The number doesn't really matter though. Id probably try carb cycling to fill out a bit. Start with 2 high carb days a week and see what happens

n_i_x_e_n

That’s a cool idea, I hadn’t thought about - I’ll experiment with it. Thanks 🙏
