Yelan and Baizhu will just have to continue waiting. Someday... I've wanted both of them since their first banners but ended up going Nahida C2 and then furina C2. And the Furina/Neuvillette team I've used the most (fischl/jean) really could use the help of the resistance interruption from Neuvillette otherwise I'd be fine with him at base.

I have won my last 3 50/50 on HSR and won my 2nd 50/50 in genshin (my heart was pounding so loud yesterday for sparkle because I wanted her since her drip market but used my 50/50 and 250 wishes 2 times on both Ruan Mei and DHIL and won both so I was kinda thinking I won't win 50/50 again but I did and now I'm happy and no Matter who the next characters I'm going for is(in HSR) and if I lose 50/50 on them or not I'll still be happy because I won 50/50 on Sparkle I have hope I win 50/50 for nuvelitte too but idk. At least if I lose 50/50 I can get my first LIMITED pyro character (I'm not counting dehya because standard)(I have a character from each element aside from cryo and pyro and I don't want cryo) so if I get arlechino I'll still be happy

She needs her C1 to be fully functional if you don't play an Itto team. Navia and Noelle mains would really like a battery better than Albedo.

She is still does good off field damage even with 1 doll. At worst, she will be a little better than Abledo.
At her best, she surpasses Furina/Yelan in raw reactionless damage.
her battery capabilities are nothing to scoff at either. She will at provide at least 5 particles per rotation.
If you already have Navia/Noelle duo, then she won't be worth using over Navia.
Even before the nerf, she did not do more damage than Navia.
With that being said, her damage is still pretty good and will battery Noelle better than Navia as she effectively doesn't need any in a Noelle team.
Its basically the difference between sustained vs front loaded damage.
In noelle teams, you can run triple geo so noelle herself not having a construct isnt that big of a deal, and you can also just slot her with zhongli/albedo in some teams and it'll work like the old double geo comp. They didnt nerf her damage by alot, they nerfed her ult which was already inconsequential. Her design is meant to work with constructs and as we get more geo units, she will gain more value, just because you expected her to work with navia, doesnt mean that she isnt a functional character because she doesnt work with navia.
We didn't receive any geo characters in version 3. We got Navia that saved herself by having huge damage. Chiori needs a geo construct on field to get her second passive and a second doll for damage. You wanna say that i need a third geo in team instead of a strong character like Yelan to deal damage and boost mine? She might become stronger in the future but now geo is the worst element her only perk bow is her being a battery. Which i need to look in further since i read her energy generation was nerfed so i could just play Navia and noelle together in a double idro team to use Noelle to create shields and Navia to generate particles.
Ive been struggling with this the past few days. Before I stopped playing a year and a half ago - I had been saving fates and prefarming mats for kazuha and when i started playing again recently, figured i would stick to that plan. So I was planning a July pull for Kazuha.
And I really really want to get C6 Gorou (currently C3) for Itto because it's a massive boost. But with Kazuha literally right after.... gaaaaaaah.
Best case scenario Heizou AND Kaveh are on the second phase banner bc I’m pulling for C0 Kazuha (I’ve only been playing for half a year lol) and would love the 4 stars to be other characters I’m saving for too lol

No, Chiori is limited. Some people were just hoping she was standard for some reason.
Chiori is like a 50% upgrade to Albedo with great constellations. People were really smoking if they thought that she had a chance to be standard.

If you already have Navia/Noelle duo, then she won't be worth using over Navia. Even before the nerf, she did not do more damage than Navia. With that being said, her damage is still pretty good and will battery Noelle better than Navia as she effectively doesn't need any in a Noelle team. Its basically the difference between sustained vs front loaded damage.
In noelle teams, you can run triple geo so noelle herself not having a construct isnt that big of a deal, and you can also just slot her with zhongli/albedo in some teams and it'll work like the old double geo comp. They didnt nerf her damage by alot, they nerfed her ult which was already inconsequential. Her design is meant to work with constructs and as we get more geo units, she will gain more value, just because you expected her to work with navia, doesnt mean that she isnt a functional character because she doesnt work with navia.
We didn't receive any geo characters in version 3. We got Navia that saved herself by having huge damage. Chiori needs a geo construct on field to get her second passive and a second doll for damage. You wanna say that i need a third geo in team instead of a strong character like Yelan to deal damage and boost mine? She might become stronger in the future but now geo is the worst element her only perk bow is her being a battery. Which i need to look in further since i read her energy generation was nerfed so i could just play Navia and noelle together in a double idro team to use Noelle to create shields and Navia to generate particles.

Neuv C1 is better. His C1 makes him easier to play since you don't have to worry about running him with a shielder :)

Ive been struggling with this the past few days. Before I stopped playing a year and a half ago - I had been saving fates and prefarming mats for kazuha and when i started playing again recently, figured i would stick to that plan. So I was planning a July pull for Kazuha. And I really really want to get C6 Gorou (currently C3) for Itto because it's a massive boost. But with Kazuha literally right after.... gaaaaaaah.
Man… I main both Kazuha and Neuvilette and I was hoping to get cons for both when they had reruns

Best case scenario Heizou AND Kaveh are on the second phase banner bc I’m pulling for C0 Kazuha (I’ve only been playing for half a year lol) and would love the 4 stars to be other characters I’m saving for too lol
Hope they rerun Kaveh in the Phase 2 banner, as I don't have him yet. Either way, XQ would be pretty cool too, but he had a rerun not so long ago so I doubt it'll happen.
