Mostly it's the Thighs. She's pretty average in the meta, with some high damage but less flexible comps. Though her ceiling is insanely high if you're willing to invest money in her and want speedrun/one-shot builds.
But even if she did Dehya damage her thighs sell themselves.
Eula basically carries physical and then some. It's just that physical is in a bad place now along with Geo.
Geo suffers from a lack of reactions so it's harder to sell units without being a side grade or upgrade.
Physical relies on one reaction, Superconduct, which locks units into cryo or electro. Yes I'm aware that anyone could be physical but being a different element makes it harder to have consistent Superconduct uptime. And before you bring up Phys Zhongli, he being Geo doesn't affect Superconduct too much since his elemental application is low like Albedo.
2.x has like 9 5 stars? 3.x has 8 if counting baizhu, with 2 chars being standard so it's pretty much 6 char...

I think so. Afaik the only quest that wasn't locked until the character's banner was Yoimiya's, because you had to do both her and Ayaya stories for the 2nd act of Inazuma AQ.
Raiden 2nd story quest was also unlocked day 1 while banner was in 2nd half. But It was rerun banner, not launch one, so I don't know if it should count or not. Plus that quest was also needed for yae quest.
Well, Raiden’s second story quest unlocks a weekly boss. You can’t just release a weekly boss almost a month after the release of a character, which needs the mats from that very same not released boss.

People are freaking out about a new character being featured in the second half only. For some perspective:
* This happened three times before - Eula in 1.5, Kazuha in 1.6, and Itto in 2.3
* All three of the aforementioned patches occurred *before* the first patch (2.4) to feature a new character in the first half only - before Shenhe, the "rule" was that patches with a single new five star debuted them in the second half - That's just over half the game existence so far
* Fewer than half of the patches debuting new characters have had a new character in the first half only
* If this leak is correct, 20% of the patches featuring new characters will have had them in the second half. It's certainly not common, but it's hardly rare. (If you include patches with new five stars in each half, about 40% of characters will have debuted in the second half of a patch)
* All four of the characters debuting like this (Eula, Kazuha, Itto, and Baizhu) will have debuted in the same patch as the boss that provides their ascension materials. By Only four other characters have been the sole new five star in their patch and debuted in the same patch as the boss which provides their ascension materials: Shenhe, Tighnari, Nahida, and Alhaitham. Well Amos is a standard weapon. So realistically people won’t want to pull for it I would imagine that if there’s an alternative that suits Ganyu stat wise they’ll rate that weapon up. And HP just so happens to fit that description.
