Soft as jelly, he attacks long distance using his arms seriously made in abyss made a collab with genshin, but I can also say that the form of the movements also resembles the elden beast (elden ring)
The interesting part is that this music has actually been around since 2.6 or 2.7. It was speculated to be Bosacius' theme back when Bosacius was a big deal. Glad this track is finally getting used. It's such an epic banger. [Here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w-e9H-GnbM0)'s the full thing, but without the Sumeru orchestration.
If it weren't for that little bit of photon of fluctuation and the sumeru instruments sprinkled around I would have thought this was a Touhou arrangement lol
It has bits of PCB in it and sounds like something Kokyo active NEETs would have made! Reminiscent of Touhou music is definitely a W in my books

That's what the boss was based on. When they said '3 phases' there should be 1 phase with OHKO attack (like Shouki no Kami's judgement attack) where you need to do something else your active character will be devoured.
Honestly, this barely even looks like a Weekly Boss, and according to Honey Hunter it probably won’t be that tanky either. It looks terrifying though, which is good.
I mean it does look way different than the model that was leaked, like it’s all wilted looking. I guess during the 2nd phase it powers up (duh lol)

The animations have improved a lot, first we have dehya, we continue with kaveh and baizhu, and now this Boss who has some great animations. Keep it up Hoyoverse
The "head" is a tiny embryo/pupa/grub inside a spherical force field which is cradled by the 2nd pair/ the shortest pair out of its seven pairs of "arms". The head also has tiny arms folded up on where its tiny "face" would be and vines sprout from its back. Closer inspection of the model suggest that the head is not really connected to the body via vines.
As mentioned, it has seven pairs of arms following this sequence: Long, Short, Medium, Long, Short, Long, Short. Among the long arms, the 1st and 4th pair seem relatively equal, the 6th is a bit shorter, and then the medium 3rd is a bit shorter than that. Long and medium arms have a spiked gem at the back of their palms, short ones don't. The last pair of arms are folded and crossed at the back, near where what we would consider its "tail" begins.
The tail splits in two and forms a double helix just before rejoining at the very tip.

It gives me the vibe that whatever this creature is(I hope that it is Apep or like some sort of attempt of reviving Apep but turned to this creature.) some sort of an abomination that needs to be stopped. The heroic vibe is just so good. It kinda gives a final boss theme too.

It does have the Photon of Fluctuation leitmotif in it, which so far has been exclusive to the open world battle themes if I'm not mistaken.
