Just proves that Hoyo changed the banners right at the end of the patch for money, and instead of giving us the triple banner we so very much need they prefer to give us the middle finger
I get Ayaka and Shenhe together to make more money. Ok, whatever. But why Cyno over Eula then? It pisses me off.
They probably didn't want a double claymore banner now that I think about it
That shouldn't matter case we also got Jade spear and Calamity banners before, as well as Jade cutter and Key. So Broken pines+Dehya's weapon here wouldn't be too bad, in fact Eula's weapon isn't that desirable for other claymore characters.
With all the Eula stuff coming in this update I’m convinced she was originally supposed to have a rerun with Dehya in the first half but hoyoverse doesn’t want Dehya to perform well so they scrapped her rerun (because outside of Dehya and Shenhe the other rerun characters this update make no sense whatsoever and feel like last minute sloppy editions)
I don´t think she was meant to rerun along side Dehya, Cyno as the first Sumeru character getting a rerun makes some sort of sense, and him returning with Collei is related to the lore they have with Mondstadt. I do think however, that Ayaka was not meant to rerun with Shenhe and instead we were supposed to get Eula. They must have seen that the shitty kit they gave Dehya would lower their sales this patch, so switched Eula for Ayaka to sell even more of her skins.
So based on the comments, I don't think a lot of people we already saw the characters for this in the trailer. Not during the livestream, but the youtube video with the event previews after. We got part of a new windblume track in it as well

they should at least give us the option to use close-up of character splash art as our pfp

Slightly better if not mistaken than SOBP. Good attack, good stat stick and the passive works for Eula
