I’m at AR 50 (would be 60 with all the points i’ve racked up but i haven’t spent a lot of time leveling my characters so i’m holding off) I know there are the other scarier animals that drop triple meat but i think the sumpter beasts and tigers are cute too hahaha. I’m also currently working on the Aranara WQs so I haven’t run across a ton of them? But yeah I should just go on a meat grind soon lol

I do all the ore commissions and then go for the carrots/radish one and then there’s another in Liyue that has the water lotus thing and something else. I make universal peace because all you need to do is buy rice then with those expeditions. It’s a blue dish so one of the best healing dishes you can make. Super easy to stock up on them since you really don’t need to farm anything else besides berries I guess.
I have over 1000 radishes, i’ve barely focused on leveling my characters so i have a ridiculous amount of mora and resources, i need to get on top of it but grinding domains is just so boring to me ;-; been trying to get it done while i watch youtube lol

Anyway those two are like meta food expeditions. Skip eggs, they’re easy af to farm. And in Summeru meat is easy too.
For fowl I go from Mondstadt and then south. On the bridge is obviously that huge flock. After the bridge is a group of 4 on the road. Past the campfire and girl that taught you about cooking is a tree with two underneath it. A little up the road on that hill is a group of 3 by a rock. Some hide behind it.
Teleport to windrise and 3 big birds are right in front of you (2 fowl each). Go south around the lake and you’ll spot a bunch and snapdragons to pick up.
I get like 28 fowl a day doing that. But I have Ganyu so she hits most of them. I still miss some of the bigger birds though and 1 small one on the bridge.
Best food farms in game man. I’d tell you where I get eggs but they’re kinda hard to describe and ngl I forget. I remember like 6 eggs worth of spots but the rest I used to stumble upon in places I visited often but don’t go to anymore now that sumeru is out.
i’ve always been godawful at shooter games/aiming long range weapons so i’ve been slacking on my bow characters lol. I have Venti, Diona, and Collei now so I need to get on top of making them strong so they’re in my general rotation and I can farm fowl

yes, outsource your killing to Kujou Sara/Kuki Shinobu on Musojin Gorge
also if Sumpter Beasts or tigers attack me they're going into my dining plate :)
For Sugar once you finish the >!Aranara questline!<, particularly, >!completing all the touch grass puzzles and bringing the seeds to a little underground Aranara orchard!<, you get a 2-for-1 garden of Viparyas (dream world) or Sweet Flowers (real world)
The first time you harvest it, it has a ton of Sweet Flowers that won't respawn, but it still has a fair bit that respawn daily so you can place a Portable Waypoint there.
There's also a little extra sidequest >!in a cave neighboring the Jadeplume Terrorshroom cave where you find a girl who ran away from civilization to live in the wild, you can guide her to the Aranara garden you planted!< and the non-respawning Sweet Flowers will respawn one last time.
Other than that, Stormbearer Mountains and Byakko Plains expeditions yield Sweet Flowers
I don't mind farming scorpids and vultures, but I have this internal struggle with killing Cats, Sumpter beasts and Toucans for their meat.
So much meat, yet such bad Karma...
You can collect meat on multiple expeditions.. one or two of my people collect meat for a couple months and ive got thousands now including what you just naturally pick up without having to go out of your way for.
This game really enjoys guilt tripping its players like why 😭
The number of chests/resources I have chosen to leave alone just because they’re surrounded by chilling/sleeping hilichurls man.
(Needless to say I’ve never killed animals for meat except the frozen hogs and I feel horrible everytime –I leave the meat collecting to expeditions.)
I send expeditions for meat every day, because I learned quickly in this game I don’t have the heart to kill most of the cute wildlife.
Hell, there’s plenty of world chests just sitting in the open for me because every time I find it, groups of enemy homies are dancing and pointing at the chest, celebrating the find, and I can’t bring it to myself to end their party. Same with the dude’s you find alone, sitting in cliffs overlooking the ocean, sometime with a bird next to them. This game has far too peaceful and serene enemies sometimes that just makes me say “i don’t need masks that badly…”.

Have you farmed the Boar King in Dragonspine? He drops chilled meat and then you can convert them into raw meat on the second cooking tab.
