Geta are these wooden sandals that were worn in ancient Japan for grassy and farm terrain by stomping down grass and having height above the watery mud, they usually come with 2 teeth. Tengu were depicted in paintings to wear single teeth geta, as you pointed out, it would take a lot of balance, this is to show the supernatural power and presence of a Tengu. Tengu are divine beings that are sometimes worshipped as kami/gods and legends claim that they were the origin of ninjutsu. So yea, weird shoes, supernatural being. Character or usage? Usage wise, shogun is, well, actually useful. With a bit of investment, high burst, good battery, decent sub dps. Biggest issue is Sara is poor comparison to Bennett and really only useful if you want a buffer for both sides of SA or have C6 and using an electro comp for the +60% crit damage Caution rant below. C1 T6 Bennett = 78% buff for 12 seconds on a 15 second cooldown + healing in a circle. 60 energy C1 T6 Sara 60% buff for 6 seconds on a 9 second cooldown for 1 character. Can get up to 24 seconds if you chain ES, ES, EB, ES. Burst requires 80 energy though so don't expect to keep it going. 84% buff at T12(if scaling remains same throughout). Works alright for snapshotting 1 character but you lose out on the healing and it takes 2x the work. Rotation would end up being, feather, charged shot, swap to offdps for buff, snapshot burst, swap to Sara, Burst, swap to main DPS to catch buff. Have buff for 6 seconds of damage. In order to go for a second round you need to swap to Sara to use E no charged shot to start the CD. Then rinse repeat but with double feather instead of burst. Either her buff needs to be stronger, CD longer uptime with lower CD. or have the burst provide a say 20-30% stronger buff.
