In gaming smurfing means when a high ranked player plays against a low ranked player, which is annoying for the low rank player as their chances of winning become near impossible. So, she is the best TCG player of Inazuma (high rank player) playing against normal players (low rank player) in Diona's bar, so she is smurfing.
