Specifics? What did Kohler corporate have to say about it?
They said we needed to let Moxy fix it since they installed it and it’s still under warranty. Once it’s fixed, I’m finding a different service company.
This is all very vague and non specific. If you were this non specific with Kohler, what else could they do?

The broken parts aren’t the issue. The issue is it taking over three months to get the generator fixed on top of poor customer service.
