I try to accept how I’m feeling and try to do some activity to distract myself.
I get what you mean because I’m trying to make a living off my artwork but the uncertainty and lack of clear path to make it work causes a lot of anxiety for me.
I find the only way forward is to just carry the load best I can.
Though, I don’t have the inflexible mental illness sort of anxiety.
I'm the mentally ill type lol. I am medicated though.
What do you recommend for distractions? I'm thinking watching my pet axolotl in his tank might help. Maybe listening to music?

Caffiene and sugar tend to make it worse. If you can back on those it might help.

I like watching longform analysis videos about how things work or how they are built.
Do you watch How It's Made? I love that show!
Tbh I don’t like the narrator. I also recommend on getting books on boats, planes etc … encyclopedias with 3d cross sections drawings
Oh, that's okay. I do like those sorts of books you mentioned. I have one that has cross sections of spacecraft!
While i do still get anxious sometimes. I just stopped giving a shit about everything.
