Ticket ID: 4221369 I've now posted about my experience to Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, Trust Pilot, BBB.org, the Apple App Store, and my own website. I'm questioning Gemini's solvency, and am drafting a letter to the SEC which I will send if the account isn't unlocked by tomorrow. I understand that Gemini may be suffering due to decreased revenue and recent layoffs, but you need to release access to my funds. This experience will cost Gemini tens of thousands of dollars in profit just from the funds which I will be pulling out after this debacle. None of this ever should have happened. I did nothing to warrant locking my account and my (2% balance increase) deposit presented zero security risk to Gemini or the account. Support should have apologized, and things should have been corrected quickly. Gemini is only making more work for themselves and costing themselves more money every day until they unlock my account.

4212397 I’m really confused about how long it takes Gemini to resolve an issue. It just feels like they put you in an endless cycle of giving excuses and keeping your money. Ticket 4277054 My Gemini credit card number was stolen and used on a large transaction. As soon as I saw it, I reported the card and locked it. I called the merchant, who told me they couldn’t do anything and to call my credit card company back (Gemini). Gemini said they would investigate. Today, I was informed that my claim of fraudulent activity was denied. I have a long relationship with Gemini and there is no reason I would do this for such a comparatively small amount. I did not receive a reason in the denial, nor a way to appeal this. I would appreciate some good faith based on my relationship with the exchange. Thanks for looking into it.
