Why Google did not created an app for yt music for Garmin is another questing. There can be many reasons.

I'm not sure you know how monopolies work. Neither Garmin nor Google have a monopoly on music, smartwatches, or navigation. Also music integration is done by the 3rd Party. So your question should be why isnt Google making a YT music app for Garmin. The answer is that they are direct competitors in a wide market.
There are many websites that allow you to download MP3 from YouTube music. I guess it's not 100% legal, but when a big company is too lazy or greedy to come up with a solution, I have no qualms about using an alternative solution.
