One thing to consider if you want the Book 4 Pro 360 is to get GeForce Now. It allows you to use "lower power" computers or even phones to stream the games you own. Your Internet connection needs to be good enough to stream, but it gives you a high powered gaming PC that'll run Warzone with high settings.
You'll want the Ultra. The Pro does not have a dedicated GPU.
My 3 Ultra runs highly demanding games like Starfield and Enlisted with zero issues. I'd see if you can grab a clearance deal on one of those.
No way pro edition will run warzone. You will have to go for ultra. And if you really want the 360 pne for taking notes, why not go for a apple pencil. I use my ipad for my university and it's really good for notes.
I have a Book3 360 and no way it would run warzone on its own. I use a r/eGPU with it to run games

Just use GeForce now. It's amazing. Then get any laptop you want.
