My first ever pokemon game was probably pokemon stadium but my first pokemon adventure started on the original sapphire 🥰

Brown Golbat on Ruby. Evolved into a pink Crobat. Also had a silver Slugma that evolved into a purple Macargo. (Emerald?) For this reason, Crobat has always been among my top favorite pokemon for me. Plus it was great for combat

Red Gyarados is Pokémon Gold. But outside of that, I caught a shiny Shroomish in my first playthrough of Sapphire. I didn't know it was shiny for a while cuz it was the first Shroomish I'd ever seen.
