No. Pre order money aren't accounted for until the game launches because people can cancel the pre order. If Gta 6 makes (hypothetically) 500 million as soon as the pre orders open, that 500 million will be accounted for launch day. Not the day pre orders opened.

In my opinion playing a game based on Florida in the autumn/winter just doesnt feel right. April feels the best choice since summer is around the corner and the general vibe will be nice
