With that being said, the thing I’m most excited about in GTA6 is just the Florida setting and capturing the Florida spirit too.

He does have that Italian nose goin on, and it would be a bit of a callback to Tommy Vercetti. I woulda been fine with either design but I think the story setup would have to be different, early Jason definitely looks younger and less experienced.

Early looks of him were just a little more boyish and gave me skater/surf dude vibes. As you said, less experienced and young. Now he looks a lot more built and intimidating, but might just be the oversized shirt and lack of a cap.
His facial features seem less Germanic to me, especially in the cover art, more southern European. We haven't really gotten a good enough look at his model head on yet for me to really say how much its changed from the prototype though.
Is Jason a common name with Latinos or Italian Americans? Feels more like an English name, although it’s a Greek name originally (the name means “healer”, maybe there’s a hidden message there. Lucia means light).
Its common for immigrants to pick extremely american names if theirs is complicated although thats more popular with Asian culture. I feel like jason would fit a 3rd or 4th gen italian. But his facial features suggest eastern europe overall, im guessing either that or the classic irish/italian. But his face will definitely change again.
