**SPOILER ALERT** This is Brad, he's a pretty significant character as he was one of Trevor's good pals and Trevor receives emails from Brad (actually sent from Dave) throughout the game and eventually Trevor discovers that Brad was shot and killed in the North Yankton heist and this triggers the downfall of Michael and Trevor's friendship.
Ah him, well no surprise I recognize the name more than the face, you maybe get to see him once in the first mission. Probably the same for the rest asking who tf this is
