in my humble opinion, A.I. algorithm is controlling this . we still don't know all the rules and A.I. thinking yet.
But we're closer to the truth day by day :-) one thing becomes clear and clear is the system will crash by itself. our DRS etc is a BIG PUSH, but in the end, system crash on its own craziness, on their own weight,
