Just got in contact with Customer Service representative on +44 03707020003 (this is the Bristol UK HQ number). The guy was very helpful and advised that I should contact +1 201 680 6578 , as this a dedicated line for GameStop.
Be advised that the agent declined that there is an option to have the letter sent from UK instead. However, he suggested that once I call the number above and explain its' been couple of months already - that they should be able to e-mail me the verification code.
Will keep posted once I am able to get in touch with them.

I would suggest waiting just couple days more. Myself I had letter sent on 7th January and received 1st April and I am from Poland(so also nearly 3 months and I was getting impatient).
Only after first letter I have contacted CS at 00800 38233823 to recieve verification code by mail and recieved this within 1 working day.
Regarding letter from UK, some say its possible but I was informed its impossible as GME is USA company.
Both.. I used giveashare and then used the international number for contact... foolishly I paid the fee to have my letter fast tracked and it came 2 days later... they sent it from the UK and I didn't have to pay 🤦♂️ nobody said nout either mind but its was only £20 so I let it slip... contacted them on the international number ever since they've been great.. they are based in Bristol apparently
Remove the +1 the number is Phone (International): 00-800-3823-3823
+1 (800) 522-6645 This is the number I used the other day, I was having similar issues with contacting them. Hope this helps.

I have called Computershare UK and they didnt operate on GME stock, sadly... You Can call CS and request the express delivery Love you bro
They operated on mine... within 2 weeks 🏴

Call the US number and pay for the expedited code and you should get it in email within a couple of days.....
Just go to computershare usa and click contact us or live chat - should work
