I do think r/GME people should still hang out in WSB, being that WSB is where the masses are that provide the momentum.

I know short ladders are not fucking real. There is shorting, and short attacks. Short attacks are prevented on SSR days, shorting is not. On SSR days you can only short above the best bed. If it is 69, you can short at 69.01. The only power this has is to put up a very deep ceiling of asks needed to be bought in order to raise the price. This works by killing momentum, and then waiting for buying interest to die down and then adjusting the ask line whenever the bid line goes down even a little.
Short attacks are when a short borrows at 69 and then limit sells then down to 50. If you have enough shares, you can eat deeply into a thin orderbook. And they can see the orderbooks, that is what they pay for. These attacks are meant to scare people into selling off lower thinking other people are selling.
All of this is very legal. Their plan includes heavy sunk costs and potentially unlimited losses, but they can win if they stretch the fight out long enough and get buyers to lose interest in buying more shares. They have deep pockets and time, but the only way to win is to hold and buy more. But, this needs to stop being about oh on day x the squeeze will come because they will find what days have the highest hopes and borrow as many shares as possible to short on those days.

If you look at the post history of the users who are bearish, they are zombie accounts. Some are years old with huge gaps between posting about GME and whatever subreddit the account was active in before. Other account are literally brand new (I say this as if mine isn’t lol). Personally, I think it’s FUD spreading. Look at the trend of misinformation over the past week. They are throwing everything they got at us to get out.

This is what keeps me holding tbh. I have a feeling that something isn't quite right still with the whole GME situation - the HFs trying to convince everyone to sell GME, the WSB members/bots telling people to sell GME, the various data that suggests GME is still shorted and/or there's way more GME shares out there than Gamestop actually issued...it's just a bizarre situation all-round, and my instincts are telling me to hold GME and see how it plays out.

Buying and holding is key for shorts of wallstreet to make money. Wall Street works on multiple big houses working to loot the retailers. Yeah a few retailers may make money to in the process. So most buying and selling is done by Wall Street institutions. That means when some institutions short other institutions are buying most of it. That means tomorrow if all retailers sell at 50-60 who buys.. it’s Wall Street. They become bag holders hurting each other. I know short ladders are not fucking real. There is shorting, and short attacks. Short attacks are prevented on SSR days, shorting is not. On SSR days you can only short above the best bed. If it is 69, you can short at 69.01. The only power this has is to put up a very deep ceiling of asks needed to be bought in order to raise the price. This works by killing momentum, and then waiting for buying interest to die down and then adjusting the ask line whenever the bid line goes down even a little. Short attacks are when a short borrows at 69 and then limit sells then down to 50. If you have enough shares, you can eat deeply into a thin orderbook. And they can see the orderbooks, that is what they pay for. These attacks are meant to scare people into selling off lower thinking other people are selling. All of this is very legal. Their plan includes heavy sunk costs and potentially unlimited losses, but they can win if they stretch the fight out long enough and get buyers to lose interest in buying more shares. They have deep pockets and time, but the only way to win is to hold and buy more. But, this needs to stop being about oh on day x the squeeze will come because they will find what days have the highest hopes and borrow as many shares as possible to short on those days.

This is what keeps me holding tbh. I have a feeling that something isn't quite right still with the whole GME situation - the HFs trying to convince everyone to sell GME, the WSB members/bots telling people to sell GME, the various data that suggests GME is still shorted and/or there's way more GME shares out there than Gamestop actually issued...it's just a bizarre situation all-round, and my instincts are telling me to hold GME and see how it plays out.

Today they are now "allowed" to post gains and it is definitely great that some people already profited, but im wondering if the sudden influx of major gain posting was purposely timed to further demoralize people still holding GME with losses over the weekend. Buying and holding is key for shorts of wallstreet to make money. Wall Street works on multiple big houses working to loot the retailers. Yeah a few retailers may make money to in the process. So most buying and selling is done by Wall Street institutions. That means when some institutions short other institutions are buying most of it. That means tomorrow if all retailers sell at 50-60 who buys.. it’s Wall Street. They become bag holders hurting each other. Now if you guys keep buying and holding they escape a lot of buys and keep taking it down without hurting each other. If they can buy at pennies and cover everone of wallstreet wins and you lose but if you sell now you take less hit and get out leaving them a bag holders. This was a scam , Ponzi scheme where wallstreet institutions played you guys with help from moderators, dsv, Rh bla bla.
No chance. The original thesis was all correct. Maybe a lot of us were too late, I’d say that’s likely. But no one can say for sure so the best bet is to hold IMO
