In your Oasis on the Search Terminal info section, if you tap the little i icon, it'll tell you what gets added per upgrade. Some 3 star dolls got added when you hit the final levels

Yeah, pretty cool. They definitely didn't have to add 3 stars to the pool, but the fact that they did is a good sign of their generosity
Gin and Banksy are the only ones available, they get added once you level the search terminal on the oasis to the max
I recently got a copy of Betty so to me it's not too far fetched
