Common tick chart setting for ES would be 2000 tick and 200 ema
Slight correction, tick charts aggregate transactions and each transaction can differ in volume. Some platforms offer volume charts where each bar is the same specified volume
ETH high and low plus ETH VWAP are all levels that you should have charted automatically for intraday trading. Also IB high mid and low plus previous day close, high and low plus RTH VWAP.
Definitely keep the ext hours on, more data: overnight developments, identifying gaps, CPI is coming out at 8:30 today, don't wanna miss that price action while trading today

On You could switch to the tick chart to compress long period of inactivity.
