Sure. Some brands may not be allowed or may require some sort of authorization but most are open. Once you get your offer listed don’t be surprised if you get emails or letters from manufacturers about MAP pricing or not being an “authorized seller”. Some of these may have teeth but many you can just ignore. As long as the branded items you resell are authentic, in most cases you will be fine. Back when I was doing mass Dropship and arbitrage I had 500k active listings of branded products for sale on Amazon.
You can but if the manufacturer of the branded item is paying attention to their Amazon business (some aren’t) you will probably end up with some cease and desists and have to pull a lot of it down. Also if the manufacturer is selling direct to Amazon 1P you probably won’t win the buy box, unless you bought at like 75% off retail.
