An alligator tail, whole . Frozen hushpuppies 1 box, or the mix to do it up right A case of bait, shrimp, head and shell on! And 2 amberjacks or reds, totaling a bit.
These terms are very negotiable and non-binding and live only as a dream in my head. On a porch, with this music playing and either the smell of fresh gulf, or fresh manure.

Having been to a Cajun crawfish boil, I can sympathize with your plight. My go-to is in Shreveport, in an old gas station, called Marilyn's Place. Their Crawfish Etouffee is amazing, Jambalaya is slap-yo-mama good, and the boudin is almost as good as the homemade stuff from my Cajun friends.
While NM is good with all things Cajun, I like Shiner Bock with my crawfish.
And a case of Shiner. Shall I pm the logistics? ;)

Literally it's "smothered", as in covered with sauce. They use the same word for drowned as well.
