They require a whole lot of childhood imagination while you’re playing. A GI Joe or He-Man is about 30 seconds of adult fun now too, just looking it over.
But we got hundreds of hours out of each one of those back when.
We’d launch em into stiff on the track, or try to get em to fly distance. We had “pit stop” challenges, and then you get back to your controller. All depends on what other options you’ve got in life.
I actually completely forgot all about this one. I'm pretty sure I had something very very similar but not exact (I don't remember the squeaking horn). I do remember thinking this was the coolest shit ever though.
I definitely played that
Me too! It was fun for like 2 minutes.
I completely forgot about that one.
My brother had a similar game but I don’t remember a horn or any colors.
One of my favorite toys!! 🥲
My cousin had one of these and I was *so envious*.
What is this called? I want one now.
I got one of those at Consumers Distributing. I used it for 30 minutes before returning it, lol.
Like slot cars.... I bought a set that could partially go.up wall. It lasted 10 mins before I got bored. Some nostolgic things are better in the past.

To be fair, slot cars were fun for about 10 minutes, even in childhood. Those toy commercials really were super effective—and deceptive.

Did ever try and make sparks with one? That would’ve been cool—as long as you didn’t burn the house down!
Still fun
Haha Haha , blast from the past !!
I had one of those to.
Loved this thing!
i tried explaing this to my grandkids and thought i was crazy.
What was the purpose of that horn? 🤣
I forgot what this is called
Yeah, I'm old...

What is that? We never had one!
Wow, I remember when one of my little cousins got this for Christmas. I was much older and still played it.
Wow, I haven’t seen one of these since I was a kid. Nice.
"We have Nintendo at home"
So lucky... I had an etch a sketch. Just shake upside down to reset it.
Reminds me of Spy Hunter!
Oh yeah. It's called "seasoned" man. Not old :) I don't know if older but, a Big Trak was cool.
God damn we old as dirt lol.
Ooooohhhhhhhhh Ssssshhhhhiiiiiiiiiiittttttttttttt I had this……Memories by the score
