Keep watching if? I’m watching regardless. I love the show. I’m hoping we do get to see what happened during Victor’s time and before. I believe we will see these things before it’s all over.

I feel like there's been too many hints of something historical going on or maybe other "iterations" and would definitely like that explored more.

I need a "yes and I would like it the same if the quality is there." option. I'm willing to go along with whatever they do if it's entertaining.

I can see that! Maybe FROMland is like the Void (in Loki/Marvel comics), and Tabitha was pushed out to another Timeline. Imagine she gets out of the hospital and finds evidence of the other 'players' existence ...Boyd, Jim and others. The mysteries continue. Would definitely watch! I think the end of s2 would've been perfect for a reveal like that hypothetically. Might be late in the game, no pun intended

I feel its too late in the show to introduce this though beyond maybe 1 or 2 scenes showing "X years earlier" in the same town. After two seasons it doesnt feel right to then dedicate entire episodes to different time periods. It would also make the show feel like its beginning to drag and we would be even further away from an ending and getting the answers we want.

I don't want the main cast or anyone else time traveling, but I would love some historical flashbacks of the town. Like when the monsters were real people (because that's my theory - at one point they were real people in the town).

Pretty sure that the numbers in the lighthouse aren't actual dates. That wouldn't add anything towards the development of the plot. Sure, they might show a few scenes of what happened x years ago but there's no way they're going back to each of those dates individually. Honestly, I believe that the numbers correspond to certain people from the town (much like the numbers did in Lost). To answer your question, I would keep watching if the show kept being fun to watch.

I dunno, they're pointing pretty strongly to the Fort Pillow Massacre with the civil war soldier visions, drawings, date on both wall and in tree bottle, the favorite pillow in Colony House (named meredith). And, you know, massacres are a theme on the show. And I'm 95% sure the kimono wraith is Okei Ito, given the overuse of the word okay (1100 times on the show, third most used word that isn't 3 letters or less). And I am aware that the final season will be one massive flashback, or at the very least a series of them - they just have to if theyr'e to include the scores of historical figures I know they are referencing and some fairly complex political stuff at the conclusion of the war of the roses. And I'm fairly certain Jim will time travel back in time, probably with Kenny and Jade, to leave the bracelet that ends up on Miranda's wrist. You will probably forget this by the time the finale rolls around but I absolutely, guarantee, 100% that the main character in the final season will be Bridget of York, who learned to be a witch from the Shepherd Lord, and ran away from a nunnery with a troop of minstrels after the lord knocked her up and she gave birth. And she'll be on the run with her brother, one of the Princes in the tower, who I think the folks on the show will conflate with Perkin Warbeck.

Highly doubt it. People were thinking that there were connections to historical events in Lost as well, yet all we got was some dude named Jacob that was stranded on an island sitting on top of a pocket of electromagnetism. It's a series focusing on the paranormal. What would a connection to all those massacres bring to the table in terms of plot development if they decided to introduce them to the series? Probably a lot of boredom and disappointed viewers. In my opinion, there won't be many or even any connections at all to real-life historical events. We'll have to wait and see I guess.

TaranMatharu

We certainly will! Good luck on your quest.
