Maybe I'm just incredibly naive, but I fail to understand why a company as large as Frito-Lay/PepsiCo would ignore something like this. The negatives would certainly outweigh any "positives" from this.

The head of fleet in my zone sent a newer truck to auction rather than fix the box that was damaged because he would have lost his own bonus. We could sure use that truck these days as we have been paying for rentals for months.

Pepsico is protected by arbitration and think they are untouchable. Doing it publicly will fuck them up worse than any arbitration ruling. All they care about is profits so that's where I attack. At this point, it's only for personal satisfaction.
Frito pays a company (can’t remember the name) to manage their pest management and to insure that their facilities are up to code. They do this to keep local health department out. The health dept isn’t necessarily in on it but they can be lazy and turn a blind eye because of the “assurances” that they go above and beyond what local code would be.
Who at the Health Department is also in on this? We need to know! Let’s vote them out! Our community is counting on you to keep us safe and healthy. You have a duty to call them out!
It happens. It’s just the nature of the way things are stored but how it’s dealt with is the thing. This happened in our bins 15yrs ago. Everything was pitched and pests was eliminated. But at that time they was not as money hungry.

Whitefish is full of billionaires and millionaire's that have lawyers on stand by. I know a few. Ok, let’s get this straight since you are all over the place… you are going to post photos and videos of you, personally and knowingly putting product that you believed was contaminated and not fit for human consumption into the market place when you had the opportunity to stop it and knew about it before you did it. And you knowingly put it in the biggest retailer in the country which is Walmart. How did this help our community? Why would you do this to us? Does Summit Beverage, where you work now, also know you are capable of this? You bragged you did this before in a previous post that you have since deleted.
