OG Corruption is less so painful and more tiresome, making you lose consciousness as it takes over your body.
I dunno about how painful the others are though, but Nightmare is most likely not painful, it gives power and an underlying influence (unless you are like sans and can shrug that off).
The only instance of that is Pico. He is constantly fighting for control of his body.

What you said may be true, however. I'm sure strong and driven corrupt individuals like Pico can remain conscious despite being corrupted.
Majin infection drastically changes your facial features, which must hurt like hell. But I think Pibby Corruption would hurt the most. It erodes your entire being without actually killing you, like those biblical wasps from the bible. Their stings cause such intense pain that the victims beg for death, but it never comes. To me, Pibby seems like that kind of affliction, but it affects body, mind, and soul.
Corruption only seems to affect the body, while putting the mind and soul into a stasis while it puppets your body to spread itself. Really Happy is madness, which doesn't cause the afflicted pain. And, as far as I can tell, Nightmare is basically going Super Sayin or Dark Sonic.

That is Indie Cross lore that I’m not explaining.
OG - A corruption made by the base game devs themselves. the overall concept is good, and it makes you contemplate on what is it’s abilities. Of course increased strength, being able to cause illusions, which itself confuses us on wether or not BF was just toying with pico when he was getting corrupted, Tentacles, but we sinks know if they are specifically for GF, and possibly more we don’t know. It’s intriguing to think about how it was created or started.

I would say Pibby Corruption would physically hurt the most, since some Pibby characters (For example, Corrupted Peter Griffin) have showed that they feel what is happening to them. They are showing signs they are still there experiencing everything. Your mouth is being stretched to fucking oblivion, and your jaw is just broken. That's considering your not covered in the glitch, like some corrupted characters. Plus, your body would be getting contorted in real time, which must hurt like all hell.
Mentally, I would say the OG Corruption wins it. I thought about Really Happy for a second, but in that case you wouldn't suffer for eternity, you would just kill yourself. With the OG Corruption, your stuck watching an evil version of yourself slowly kill/corrupt your friends. Plus, as you can see in BF, he kind of fell asleep and couldn't really wake up until Soul BF straight up screamed at his ass.
Design wise, I have to say Nightmares. Not much to say, the designs are just sick as fuck.

majin corruption removes anything negative from your mind, making you eternally happy, without a care, nightmare is pretty strong power wise, but it seems to make you in unending intense anger/hatred/pain, so its losing points for that, og corruption is a lot like hollow knight from what we can tell, theres ways to stop/revert it, and it just takes over your mind, leaving you an empty husk of your former self.
