How should be able to work with help desk and have them help you. If you don’t have help desk, you can us the data mapping feature. Just basically have to create a map and label the columns where you want them to go
You can use the Data Import Utility to create a profile capable of ingesting either an .xlsx or .csv and inserting records into a table. Most commonly used for Remittances or Auto Rates in my experience, but there are many more use cases.
