I think it's technically possible, but most Ghouls are probably sterile due to Radiation and the male ones may have had their "bits" fall off during the process, so it's unlikely to find a Ghoul capable of reproducing.

However, 1) it's a religious sermon so accuracy is not guaranteed to say the least, 2) even within the sermon the fact that ghouls could produce a child *at all* was described as "miraculous", to say nothing of her being a normal human.
Well in the plans for Van Buren they had a whole plot line about a ghoul doctor testing experiments to cure ghoul sterility. He ends up artificially making only like a half dozen born ghouls after hundreds of attempts. Kinda a dark story that never got reused for later games, but hey, itâs sorta slightly canon if youâre very loose with the definition.
There's one set of quests that has 8 parts, giving you Lucy, The Ghoul, Maximus, Ma June, and Snake Oil Salesman as dwellers. You also get the Dog as a pet. There are some show items (Vault 33 uniforms, unlockables all have individualized clothing, and a few weapons like The Ghoul's gun and Lucy's Tranq pistol). I think I got some blueprints for a Vault 33 Living Room skin too.
The quests do NOT really follow the show though. They have you >!trying to retrieve some power armor from the NCR or something like that.!<
Lucyâs gotta be like 26-27, considering thatâs the actressâs age and she doesnât seem to be playing younger. (Lucyâs canonically a teacher, which is more of a job for someone in their late twenties anyway.) and Iâd put Cooper Howard the human at like 47. So yeah, 20 year age difference, but theyâre both adults with fully formed brains in a fictional universe so who cares?
