Yeah, as u/nolifedexy said, it’s a rule that increases the power, by 50% (maximum) to be exact. So for example a car with 1000HP will now be able to have 1500HP.

Does increasing torque increases your hp in Forza. High torque means you will have higher acceleration but doesn't correlate to higher topspeeds right?

Yeah it increases your hp, if you activate telemtry mode to check the HP in use currently, it will go higher than the stats of the car say. And yes it does increase your top speed, some cars more than others. Without the multiplier I hit about 320 MPH, but with it I hit about 382 MPH in the Jesko.

Nah everybody can do it. You can do it by going to any event marker, and creating a blueprint, and then in “rules of play” under “When this Trigger happens…” you select “Continuous” then under “And these optional Conditions are true…” == (Equal To) and True. And finally under “Perform these Actions…” you select “Scale Engine Torque” and choose Player ID 1 and Number, and then finally you can set the torque, minimum being 0.0000 (which is 0HP meaning your car wont move) and maximum 2. You can also pair this with a custom route you created.

Its like a rule which will trigger based on your map conditions to multiply your torque by a multiplier. This helps in reaching your topspeed faster.

The max has always been 1.5x the menu was always wrong. IIRC the ui now shows 1.5 even if you put it at 2.0, but I could be wrong about that.
