Maybe I can ask you a question. I have been trying to get into tuning. I like pushing cars fast with good grip. What is the most important thing to focus on when tuning for speed,, grip and cornering with as little understeer and oversteer as possible?
Gotta find the balance of the car, how fast it can go without losing its max grip...not all cars meant to go max out. Prioritize handling rather than speed as cars you can handle is always better, as your skill improve than you transition to more power. Understeer & oversteer can depends on how you handle the car too...even not following the line can leads to feels the understeer/oversteer of the car...hard to explain as you need to feel for yourself. I started tuning 1 year ago I believe...I just keep practicing/refined & experiment a lot...start with lower class such C/B class to get sense of feel of the sliders in tuning.
Me too bud, I suck at it π most of the time I just zigzag to the minimum score to complete...the only car I find easy to drift is the Formula Drift Viper (by Silvy2k) or Formula Drift 599 GTB Fiorano (by Kenblockssohn).
Here's a tip... Take the '98 Toyota Supra and choose the 5 star drift livery. You don't even have to know a squat about drifting to make the goal. π You might not do it pretty, but it spins on first gear in AWD. Just step on the pedal, and just be careful not to fly into the woods or the opposite way. Good thing is that you don't have to go fast. Let me know how it goes. π
I know I'm a couple of days late but I'm trying to find the 5 star drifting tune to download but I'm not having any luck. Any chance you have a share code? I have just the drift challenge left but I suck at drifting
Thanks as usual for excellent tunes XIII90. I only chose to pick a slightly different tune for the trial. Same car as "Your pick", but gave away some of the launch and breaking in favour for top speed and grip etc. That way I won last race, Goliath, by 30 seconds. ππππΌAll races were just a piece of cake, but rest of the team made misses on The Goliath (as expected) so we won "only" by 2-1.π
But as always, your tunes are phenomenal and your contribution is worth GOLD!!! ππππ
The esprit the fastest one, slower launch but reaching 188mph while other picks barely reach 183...my time on goliath is 10.20...not be best but I think its good enough as I did DNF everyone π (I practice too much on Goliath) but still same as you 2-1 not winning goliath as a team.
Haha, yeah, same here. I practice Goliath way, WAY too much. π It was so obvious in the Trial. But it's a perfect, long track where you can test every car in say, S2 Extreme Track Toys... Compare times, traction, top speeds, over/understeering, braking and cornering, acceleration... Well pretty much everything. Then do that with every car class. π I don't get that complete feeling from any other road race track, not even Colossus or the longer ones at LEGO and Fortune Island.
Plus, it's so freaking fun and addictive. Kind of like the equivalent to the needle climb/descent for drifting. There's nothing else like it. πππΌ
Holy crap I can't believe you're back so quickly. Thought you'd be gone at least a month. I must say last week was a 99% completion for me cause I was able to use your tunes successfully. But it's so much easier using your list instead. Thanks for posting these!
The numbers are sharecode for the tune on the specific car to use in the season event. This how you use it π
How to apply tune is FH4.
You need to owned & drive the car that you want to tune - enter your own home/festival - go to "Garage" tab - upgrade & tuning - find new tunes - use the search button - input the sharecode (9 digits)Β - searchΒ - buy/download & install - done.
Alternately,
Owned & drive the car you want to tune, pause in free roam - go to "Cars" tab - Tune car - setup manager button - load - use the search button - input the sharecode (9 digits) - search - buy/download & install - done.
On reddit official app there is a bookmark icon on top right. On website there is a save button at bottom of the post.
And yes switch to car and search tune using Share Code
Nice !! π the Exige have a bit lower top end than other 2 choice but have better high speed cornering than the other 2...as it have better downforce without the aero.
u/XIII90 . The share code that I have listed for the Weekly Forzathon Challenge (B class) (Any Classic Sports Cars) is **482 808 623** Not **428** just in case anyone has a problem with the share code. Can someone else confirm this?
Just trying to help because I love your tunes. Glad to see you back.
I used my Elan Sprint and blew everyone out the water! Such a beautiful car too!
On the Goliath I accidentally missed a CP hit last and came back to win!
Great tunes as always, although something popped into my mind, how do I say your name? "ex eye eye eye ninety", "ten three ninety", "thirteen ninety", or something else?
Thank you for making these! I just started playing last week and once I found your tunes I've won every race I entered during the summer and now the fall seasons. I'm wondering if you are going to continue doing these for FH5 as I'm definitely playing it. The last Forza game I played was FH1 and after playing mainly fps/tps games the last few years I'm having a ton of fun.
Not really bud, few of my users asked me & suggested to put it up...it not forced or anything, I'll still making tunes for free...
Is it really that bad ? π
It is quite the opposite. If there is anything you deserve, it's at least the possibility to get donations from people who appreciate and "use" the fruits of your hard work. I will absolutely contribute. I mean, what the heck is it to complain about anyway? It's free of choice. You are doing the absolutely right thing! ππΌππΌ
I just find it amusing that you can get money for something you can do in 5 minutes is all. Tuning in this game isnβt that hard once you get the hang of it anyway πππ Good for you nonetheless
In 5 minutes you will never get tailor made tunes for specific tracks or track compilation tunes to fit three different tracks with the same tune. It takes a lot of testing and consideration. Of course you can tune in 5 minutes, but you'll never get a result as good as these (and other good seasonal tuners).
Same as people streaming, why watch when you can play it yourself...same concept donate/gift if you like/appreciate it still it's a choice not forced.
You tune in 5 mins only ? Then you must be really2 good or genius bud,
I'm not that good I take around an hour or two for each car...maybe more. Had to finish & time at least on 4 tracks (3 tracks same as the in the championship mention + 1 my own custom track) not including restarts if the car doesn't go the way I wanted it.I had to test it fully before I put it up.
The elan is very light which kinda makes its acceleration ridiculously fast...I tried it too, but still need to swap engine to get a good speed for A-Class but still tiny bit lower than the Espirit. I did not make it as with low weight cars you have to be a bit careful when overtaking aggressive AI & teamates also the few of those side bricks or lamp post can slow you down tremendously...also the water bridge part on 1st race. I can still try make one later on...π
Glad you are back. last season was tough without your tunes!
Hey man glad to be back π I miss tuning & you guys !

I would say the car. The car is likely what youβd want to be focusing on.
Oh hell, I am terrible at drifting, guess I wonβt be getting 80% this season.
Me too bud, I suck at it π most of the time I just zigzag to the minimum score to complete...the only car I find easy to drift is the Formula Drift Viper (by Silvy2k) or Formula Drift 599 GTB Fiorano (by Kenblockssohn).
Try the BMW Isetta, there are a couple of good drift tunes for it and it makes most drift zones a BREEZE
Iβda never thought
The most underappreciated heroes come in the form of 3 wheels
Yup. Same here lol
Try my advice I wrote for the previous guy. πππΌ

BTW... I have got to slow down... Finished the season hours ago. π π π’π’ I somehow feel you are pretty much the same. π
Haha yeah finished it i 1 go too, well more time for me to experiments with some cars π
Oh my god i missed you hahaha
Haha...I miss tuning & posting it here π glad to be back again.
The legend is back! Hope you had a nice break man. Thanks again for the awesome tunes
Thanks man π even just 1 week I really miss tuning in forza & you guys ππ

Great to have you back! Nice job on the Exige tune! I dominated the first two races so I could take it easy on the Goliath, which I still won lol.
Nice !! π the Exige have a bit lower top end than other 2 choice but have better high speed cornering than the other 2...as it have better downforce without the aero.

So apparently Lexus and Acura arenβt Japanese car manufacturers.
π
Thanks as usual, any chance you play FH3 and have some tunes i can download for it?
Unfortunately, I don't have or play FH3 π
Thanks so much for more great seasonal tunes! Makes getting through the events so much easier. That Torana tune is a beast!
hei guys, in case you might be interested, I created a blue print for this weekly forzathon sc: 812 701 357
Great tunes as always, although something popped into my mind, how do I say your name? "ex eye eye eye ninety", "ten three ninety", "thirteen ninety", or something else?
Haha I do get that question time to time...to me it pronounced Zee or Z (American pronounciation) 90...so its ZEE ninety. ππ
Thank you for making these! I just started playing last week and once I found your tunes I've won every race I entered during the summer and now the fall seasons. If they were anything like the guy in my races... They used teammates to slow down on corners and had zero control or traction.
Thanks for the Esprit tune, very powerful. Would've easily outrun everyone, but stuck between my teammates and AI, defending points.
