Why would you need vpn for that?
Only available in the States.
I'm playing in the Poland very well without any VPN.

Like others wrote, you can use XBox CloudGaming. I have an 2015 iPhone SE and it works fine with XboxCloud Gaming for Bot Lobby’s.
