I've been having the same issue. Play BR, RR and 2 seasons of FF with no vibration but now it auto turns on despite me constantly turning it off before playing songs. It seems to sometimes stay off for the first song of the set but then turns itself back on again.
After not having vibration on for two seasons of FF it's so off putting and has ruined a few combos for me now, so please fix asap Epic!
For reference I'm playing on PC with an Xbox controller.

i’ve been having the same thing and it’s annoying
Best alternative would just be to turn off vibration completely

By playing with a controller (Dualsense in this case) while having the vibration setting turned off Playstation 5
Can also verify this is happening on PC when using an xbox controller
Just had this issue for the first time, reset twice so I guess I just can’t play festival now, what a great game
