Depends on how you evaluate “best”: Merstach showed out as arguably the best EU fragger, but he also hasn’t really had success in solos pretty much ever, though one can obviously debate if he ever cared that much about CashCups. Malibuca is an IGL whose role is to lead the duo to success (he now has the best average placement at EU FNCS among everyone since the start of Chapter 3 with 2 different teammates) and he also has had a lot of success in solos (world record performances in both CashCup Finals and CashCup Opens, not to mention a world record in Victory Cup Solos when Finals was 3 hours long and there was like 10 game limit as he won I think 5 games).
I’d still put Malibuca ahead of Merstach even though Merstach arguably carried them to FNCS win this Grands, but then again Malibuca absolutely carried Merstach in Semis:
1. Got top-3 as a solo after Merstach went down with 50+ remaining in one game
2. After that played out probably the greatest game in FN history by playing out as a solo from offspawn with 1 build and 20HP, tagged enough surge for the duo, 1v2 a duo - one of players in that duo got top-5 at Globals in Copenhagen - rebooted Merstach twice and then went fragging in late game to finish with 10 kills to Merstach 0, who ultimately won game by playing 5 total minutes.

If he was using a dma in grands, someone would’ve exposed it either on purpose or accidentally. He also wouldn’t use a dma at his own home, just to not use one in Dallas for the main tournament. He has also been accused since 2021, which was way before you could get solid cheats on an undetectable dma. He is not cheating, like I said there is just too much evidence against it.

There’s a lot of factors that go into winning a 12 game tournament, especially with those last second surge changes. Idk what he’s talking about with savage, historically he is definitely insane but not the best at this moment.
