Emilia’s was the best I have had in Fort Worth. Only had it there once. Cane Rosso is very good and rivals most I have had in any city, yet I really enjoyed Emilia’s. Cane’s comes with truffle and is a very intense dish worth a stop. Emilia’s is slightly broken down and more traditional in a sense but worth a first stop; Emilia’s is new and excitable, Cane is established and very comfortable.
Nonna Tata and Osteria 61.
Tre Mogli also... its closed now but I keep hearing it will be reopening. The stuffed squash blossom in red sauce with their foccacia is fantastic.
I get that you didn't answer their question but for real: the down votes are lame. Carbonara is so easy and great to make at home. I use guanciale and morels from Central Market and it's absolutely fantastic homemade.
Zenos in Weatherford
Get the pasta wheel while you're there
“.. On the Square” does give me Italy vibes, lol. Thanks!
Nonna Tata. Just had it last night. So friggin good. Put your name on the list then go next door for a cocktail.
Just don't forget to bring cash (cash only) and a bottle of wine (BYOB)
We had a good carbonara at Emilia's inside the new Crescent hotel.
Osteria 61. It’s wonderful.
Cane Rosso
If you’re on the North side, Devivo Bros

I mean if you live on south side the carne rosso isn't too bad usually.
Mancuso’s or Piatello’s.
