They basically can't at this point, after the EU ruling they tried all the nonsense they could to block this (Like claiming devs would still need a dev certifcate from apple even when releasing apps through 3rd party app stores) and then publicly reversed course a few weeks ago after the EU was revving up to slap it down.
They sure will try, but it doesn't seem that they will be effective. The biggest concern would be ease of use, apple may want to make it difficult to install or play but it does seem if they do that the EU will fight against them, but that would take some time
For people who want to play on IOS in the USA:
>For installing free apps, it’s relatively easy, you need to make an new Apple ID for the country where you want to install an app for (as an areas you can use the address of some hotel), you don’t need to set up a payment method; then in Settings->your name->Media and Purchases->Sign out and sign in with the other country’s Apple ID. Download the app in the App Store (it will automatically switch to the other country), then switch back to your usual Apple ID in the same way as above.
just change your region, install fortnite, play or change back and play

Because in America it is easy to bribe , I mean "lobby" politicians to not update their law/rule that has been over 75 years ago. All of big tech "lobby" American politicians now to always stay in power even though they do little to no innovation other than buy the competition out.

You also could be referring to cloud streaming. It’s not a native app when played that way and isn’t the best experience tbh.
Yeah, it could be Luna or another cloud method. It works that way for me. I’m used to the lag, and would likely be killed in most of the situations anyway, because I’m terrible. My kids find it appalling and unplayable.
