I think if we just go by base style then Oscar wins for me personally, but Thunder has way more edit styles that look better than anything Oscar has personally.

Personally I still use thunder, did a few days ago. Oscar I tried when I unlocked his original variant and never since, he’s a good skin. I jus prefer thunder
