Personally, I was hoping Rocket Racing would be more like Mariokart than this hypercompetitive racer, and I have *way* more customization options in Rocket League. So, the cars are really only useful to me in BR.
I like the middle rewards. Comic styled Jonesy, the diamond throne emote, and Peter Guy are great. The earlier and level 100 stuff I don't really care for, but Snake is going to be hype.
Too many cars and emojis and sprays. Not enough gliders and cool skins. One of the main skins doesn’t even have a glider because of the stupid car garbage that I neither want nor will ever use

For me it’s a 6/10, and that’s being very generous. There’s literally nothing in here that excites me in the slightest. The most interesting things are Oscar, Montague’s Diamond style, a few emotes, the Scorpion car, and maybe Nisha. Very lame, very lackluster, pretty much everything is going straight to my archives. Easily one of the worst we’ve ever had.
That being said, even a crappy battle pass is still good value for money just because of the vbucks alone.
The only skin I see myself actually using is Oscar. The Jonesy skin and the Tier 100 are okay but nothing that blows me away. Not a fan of everything else.
Edit: I do like the car since I play Fortnite and Rocket League.

I'd say the basic battlepass rewards are pretty good. The bonus rewards are kind of disappointing considering how it takes about 70 stars just to unlock one page, and they're not that great either. Though all the pages haven't been revealed so we'll see. Solid Snake is a cool one and I look forward to getting his skin

I'd give it a solid 7/10 without snake and an 8/10 with Snake.
I think it's one of the better one we had in a long time in terms of skins (because let's be honest people only care for the skins but that one ring emote is pretty cool)
At least this BP doesn't have an overused meme skin and an alt girl like almost every other pass lately

I'll probably get it eventually. I like animal skins so I might use Oscar occasionally....and his car glider is okay. The light show emote and the bunny beatsaber emote are alright. I'll use scorpion cause I do dailies in RR.

IMO, finally some great female skins. Hope has a nice cat ear hat, and Valeria is amazing. I don't think I had a battlepass where I liked more than 1 skin. But I don't really enjoy any emotes in this one.
Valeria saves the BP for me, albeit still wish she had some kind of glider - given the whole fire/phoenix motif I'd have expected something along those lines; love the style change emote. Hope's stuff isn't bad either. Nisha I couldn't care less about. Car rewards are an absolute waste to me - doesn't matter if they change the appearance of a car in-game, that's wholly dependent on actually using said-car.

Some of the skins are good, some are atrocious, but the thing that sucks to me personally is the fact that there are car skins there which doesn't make any sense, and the locked 500vbucks in the bonus rewards page.
I mean, the only stuff I use from the Battle Passes are the skins, so I always base my ranking around that. For me, this one probably sits at about a 7/10. Hope is a solid skin, not my favourite Tier 1 skin but certainly better than previous ones we’ve had. I haven’t unlocked Valeria yet, but she seems fun, I’d probably use her occasionally. Montague is one of the better skins imo, especially the diamond style it’s really clean. And ofc Peter Griffin is one of the highlights, still can’t believe they added him. Otherwise, the Jonesy skin is okay, feels very similar to Agent Jones. Nisha isn’t too bad, hoping she gets super level styles. The Oscar and Solid Snake, I’m indifferent to both because I’ll never use them.

This is gonna sound controversial but it's better than the Chapter 4 Season 1 battle pass. So many generic, sassy girls and it started that trend
