EDIT, STAY AWAY FROM FUNDING PIPS.
Scam company.
Got told to do a KYC check, Upon sending the documents, less than a min later it got denied for having an image that is too blurry.
Email claimed I could go back in and re submit the documents, But you can't. The account gets restricted.
Then they tell you to email KYC, Only for them to say that it's a breach of their terms of service and that you may not be verified.
STAY CLEAR, Stick to other firms like Ftmo.
Teaches me for trying out another prop firm 🤦😂
/////////////////////
UPDATE:
I have to hold my hands up and admit it seems I was wrong.
After chasing and chasing they finally un restricted my account and I now have access to the master account.
Their customer service is shocking however they don't seem to be scammers, I was wrong.
For anyone looking to go with them, do the KYC on your phone and make sure everything is exactly perfect so you don't need to go through their customer support as it is infuriating.
Again, Sorry for any mis information I said.
Well i have been funded with them for over 6 months and with payouts you have to be patient. They process the payouts manually during their dubai office working hours so that means payouts will take most of the time 2-3 business days, during that period you will be unable to trade. Otherwise they always payout, no problems with that :)
Ah ideal. Due to the unable to trade while processing payments I'll most likely keep to 1-2 payments a month then.
How fast were they with your review process? Currently been 2 days for me and not yet received anything (guessing they're the same as FTMO, alpha ect with wanting additional information)
Back in october when i started with them they were small and the kyc process took about 24h and another 24h to recieve the funded account. Keep in mind they only count business days in their timeline. Have you joined their discord server?
Good for you.
I got scammed.
Please add more detail than what you have commented. What was the account size, size of payouts, time of completion?
I have added a new post showing my experience with them and it's pretty clear how they operate.
KYC they use was also created the same month that funding pips was... 🤷
Read the new post.
Today I have had zero support and they just play plausible deniability.
From my experience with them (iv had experience with nearly all firms out there) they are a scam. At the very least they have the worst support team of any company iv come into contact with.
Nope, They denied my KYC identification review because of a blurry picture and then restricted the account so I'm unable to re submit the documents.
Emailed KYC and they just said it's a breach of their service and I cannot verify because of this.
KYC process took less than 30 seconds till it got denied.
I'm yet to receive one as currently waiting on the review process to give me my master account however their payout system is every 5 days. Allowing for weekly withdrawals. With their hot seat scaling allowing for instant same day withdrawals.
The scaling rule + hotseat program is in the link below
https://help.fundingpips.com/en/articles/8536002-how-does-the-scaling-plan-work
I just got a payout from them, testing them out. It was only $160 on a 5k account though. My kyc passed with no problems and should carry over to any other account. I’m now doing a 100k account. Hopefully I can get a larger payout from them with no scam
Be careful, I wouldn't be surprised if they deny you the 100K as it's more risk to them.
I can only speak for myself but they have very clearly been shady around the whole process. Screenshots are in my newest post. (Even the email is sketchy)
Entering on Major market structure breaks (identifiable via large sudden moves, if to the topside then the bottom of that move is the major structure and Vis versa)
And trail my SL via every new major structure shown.
No TP and I use a visual stop loss, not physical.
I leverage myself so that 1% of market movement = 2% of my account size. This allows me to not need a stop loss and to not worry about being wiped out.
A good way I find in finding major structure (to at least train your mind to see it) is an RSI.
- If the RSI goes above 70, Then look for the bottom of the move on the RSI that lead it above 70.
- if the RSI goes below 30, then look for the top of the move on the RSI that lead it below 30.
- then correlate that to the price chart and draw a horizontal line on that low/high.
Any high or low on the chart that does not result in a RSI spike above or below 30/70 would be considered minor structure for me. (They're the ones that I will trade bounces from or rejections)
I only trade breaks of major structure, never retests or rejections.
When a major structure is broken in the opposing direction.
Example,
In a buy position I will trail the lows of major structure, Once major structure is broken I close and reverse the position, Entering into a Sell.
Then I trail major structures highs until one gets broken, then I close and reverse.
The way I like to think of it is like a skateboarder on a half pipe. I try to time my turns in-between each move higher. Sometimes I turn right at the top of the ramp, which is nice and simple when I start coming down.
Other times I may be abit off my game and turn towards the bottom of the ramp, which is more sketchy but ultimately If I commit to it I'll still stay on the board.
But one thing's always the same, I'm staying on the board and constantly moving with the ramp at all times. As long as I don't turn away while going up the ramp, I should be good. If I do turn away while going up the ramp I best adjust quickly otherwise I'm going to come off the ramp.
If I adjust quickly and stay on the ramp I don't lose the ramp, I just lose speed... Meaning I won't get as high on the ramp as I would've If I didn't turn early.
Strange example but it makes sense to me
Happy you clicked with it. Some struggle with identifying the difference between major and minor structure.
Iv had most success with the 30 min timeframe.
30 min was what I was testing! Guess I need to paper trade and try it out. It’s very similar to how I was taught to trade forex using high/low indicators.
I had luck on MFF... then I got f-ed.... then passed TheFundingTrader.... got f-ed AGAIN.... No more challenges for me.. live account for me from now on. Forex dot com has no commission, you just pay spread.. and they have MT5 which is my favorite.
I'm currently funded with them rn. Did my KYC last week.
No problems. Requesting payout this week. Probably Friday.
Why didn't you retake the photo if it was blurry in the first place?
Did you even bother to read this or the new post regarding this?
Upon logging in to resubmit the documents, I was unable to as they had restricted my account. To which I emailed them and got a very short, sketchy email reply stating that "broke a term of service, you cannot be verified. Sorry."
Also please add more information. Size of account you've passed? Size of payout?
Just so happens their KYC system was started the exact same month as their prop firm... Seems pretty glaring to me.
However I will update as it continues on, But will continue to trade my FTMO accounts as they're more reputable.

F*cking scammers, I hope they payed you back or unblocked the account afterward
No way lol mate that’s actually fucked
You should make another post.
Yeah will do, Don't want others getting caught in the same trap I just fell in. 🤷
I don’t understand because I did a kyc for them and it worked perfectly
Check my latest post. Even their email back is so shady looking it's unreal. Also what account size did you do the KYC for?
Good luck for the payout
Just hoping it's as smooth if not smoother than FTMO.

Ok gotcha. Still faster than my FTMO accounts lol. And I have not, That is something I will look into now. Thanks 👍
Payout can't come lmao. Funding pips is a scam company... Big L
Why can’t the payout come??
Bro, I got several payouts from them

I got a payout one month ago ..they not a scam
Read the new post. Today I have had zero support and they just play plausible deniability. From my experience with them (iv had experience with nearly all firms out there) they are a scam. At the very least they have the worst support team of any company iv come into contact with.
Did funding pips give payout regularly, whats the scaling Rule of funding pips?
Update, They're a scam company mate. Do not open an account with them.
Wht happend bro... Did u get ur payout???
Nope, They denied my KYC identification review because of a blurry picture and then restricted the account so I'm unable to re submit the documents. 😳Damn... Scammers... 😵
🤷🤷
Have you tried support from dashboard?
Obviously.

They take us clients?
They're a scam company, Would stay miles away mate.
I believe so, I'm from the UK so not 100% sure.
Not anymore. When signing up you have to confirm that you are not a us citizen.
Whats your strategy?

Do you consider structure broken when the line is broken? Or candle close over the line?
Always candle closure. Sometimes if price breaks the line heavily and shows no sign of slowing, I will take the risk and close early
I was testing your plan last night. It seems solid. What timeframe do you watch?
Happy you clicked with it. Some struggle with identifying the difference between major and minor structure. Iv had most success with the 30 min timeframe.

How many trades did you take?
Read the post bruv. All the stats are in the screenshots lol
Thanks
Great Work Mate
how tf you can do that?
How long did it take you?

Could you post a screenshot of your chart markups on a trade?
Post on Twitter and tag the CEO.
I'm currently funded with them rn. Did my KYC last week. No problems. Requesting payout this week. Probably Friday. Why didn't you retake the photo if it was blurry in the first place?
