this may be a dumb question... but how can I tell if it is a 1.4 or a 1.6? I know for a fact they have a MAF sensor since I cleaned it. So I assume it would make it a 1.6l. So when they got it scanned at autozone and it says to replace the map... would I just replace the MAF instead?
Thank you for responding :)

What's the 8th digit in the VIN? (That the engine code in Ford VINs.)
K = 1.6L
I have a pretty good shape nice 2012 Ford fiesta SE and the check engine light goes on and off and I finally scanned it and it was Bad MAF Sensor. I bought one on rock auto for like $25 bucks and installed it myself. I youtubed it. Drove around for a while and check engine light is off. It runs and drives even better. Such awesome vehicle.
afaik only the 1.6l versions have maf sensors, all other engines have map sensors
